Jennifer Brogan

Jennifer (Jenn) Brogan is Vice President of Global Journal Publishing & Society Solutions of the Health Learning, Research & Practice (HLRP) business at Wolters Kluwer. She is responsible for the editorial and financial sustainability as well as the strategic direction of Wolters Kluwer’s diverse journal business consisting of more than 750 publications covering a wide variety of medical specialties.

With more than 30 years of experience in publishing, Jenn is a seasoned and respected leader with deep-rooted knowledge all facets of the global publishing industry. She is distinguished for her strength in the strategic development of journals, with expertise in publishing award-winning scholarly, targeted, open access, and newsletter publications as well as her ability to recognize and respond to dynamic market challenges and opportunities.

In her current role, Jenn leads Wolters Kluwer’s ongoing commitment to open science, open research, and open access to positively impact global health equity. She is a member of Wolters Kluwer’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness (IDEA) Council and a strong advocate and supporter of internal and external DEI initiatives.

Jenn serves on the Board of Directors for CLOCKSS and the International Publishers Rights Organization (IPRO) and shares a deep passion for shaping the future of scholarly publishing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Marywood University and a Master of Arts from Rutgers University.
