GetFTR: General Update and Information for Librarians

Have you heard of GetFTR? It’s a collaborative effort to signal to researchers upstream–where they start their discovery journey–that they have access to content, including institutional subscriptions, open access, and free to read. By design, it is intended to give researchers a cohesive user experience and reduce friction in their access process.

Please join us on March 25  for a free GetFTR Update, including a brief introduction to the service, a product update, and a featured presentation on and demo of the newly launched GetFTR browser extension by Lisa Janicke Hinchliffe, Professor & Coordinator Research & Teaching Professional Development, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Hylke Koers from STM Solutions will lead an open discussion.
