Dan Pollock

Over the last 25 years, Dan has specialized in digital publishing strategy and product innovation for companies in STM and Legal publishing.

As Chief Digital Officer of Delta Think, Dan works with publishing organisations to help them successfully explore and exploit new digital opportunities. He is the principal architect of the Delta Think Open Access Data & Analytics Tool, which provides data-driven insights about trends in scholarly publishing. He also co-chairs ConTech, a series of conferences looking at transformational forces in publishing.

Before his current role, he was part of the leadership team of Jordan Publishing Ltd through its successful sale to LexisNexis (RELX). Previously he has worked for organisations including Nature Publishing Group, Outsell Inc., Elsevier Health Sciences, and Times Mirror International Publishers.
