We work with organisations that do research, fund research, publish or disseminate research and those who benefit from research.We are recruiting an additional senior role, at Principal Consultant level, to continue the growth achieved since the company was formed in 2013.Reporting to the Directors, your primary focus will be the effective, high-quality delivery of client consultancy projects from proposal development to the reporting of final outputs. You will also provide leadership for a small, dynamic team of consultants, researchers and associate consultants.Research Consulting are active participants in the research eco-system, collaborating with a network of specialist associates within the UK and internationally, advising clients on strategy, policy, operational performance and undertaking reviews and evaluations. Our work covers all aspects of the research lifecycle, including policy, funding, management, scholarly publishing and knowledge exchange.Clients include universities, research funding agencies, membership organisations, publishers, private sector businesses and not-for-profit organisations.As Principal Consultant, you will be a senior member of the team, taking a lead role in the design and delivery of consultancy projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s business strategy and brand reputation. You will prepare reports, present at conferences, and write thought leadership pieces to position the business as an authority within the field.
