Key Messages
patientACCESS is an initiative that provides low or no-cost access to medical research information for patients and caregivers.
There are five publishers participating in this pilot phase: AACR, Elsevier, SAGE, Wiley, and Wolters Kluwer Health. Copyright Clearance Center is providing the underlying technology.
Other publishers are welcome to join the pilot. A formal program launch is anticipated later this year (September/October).
